Marie Eileen Levene

Marie Eileen Levene passed away peacefully at Brighton Gardens of Friendship Heights on October 22, 2017 with her family by her side. Marie was born March 25, 1941 to John Flynn and Helen Walsh Flynn in Scranton, PA. Marie graduated from Marywood College in 1962. Marie pursued a long career in information technology before retiring in Danbury, CT. Marie, an avid UConn Huskies fan, enjoyed going on cruises, staying active in her Woman's Club, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

Marie leaves behind her loving children, son David Levene, daughter Beth Levene and her Husband David Becker and son Michael Levene and his wife Deeona Gaskin. Marie is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Kayleigh Levene, Zachary Becker and Aidan Becker. In addition Marie leaves behind her loving sister Catherine Carr and many nieces and nephews.

Marie's family will be receiving guests at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street Danbury, CT on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. A Memorial Service will be offered on October 28,2017 at 4:30 pm at Green Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
