Marie was born in Danbury, daughter of the late Carl and Lucille (Castellano) Plummer. She was a graduate of New Fairfield High School and the University of Phoenix. She was a member of St. Edward the Confessor Church.
She is survived by her son Vincent Drone and brothers Carl G. Plummer and John A. Plummer, as well as her grandson Dean Drone and one niece. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister Christine Plummer.
A gathering of family and friends will held on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St, Danbury, with a funeral service to be held at the funeral home at 3:30 p.m.
