

Born July 30, 1936, in Deposit, to Kenneth B. and Eleanor (Roemer) Guy, Marilyn graduated from Deposit High School, married, and raised 13 children before earning her degree from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing.
She worked as a registered nurse at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown. From her childhood friends to the nurses caring for her in her later years, all who knew Marilyn will remember her for her love, wit, and genuine smile.
She was predeceased by her husband Lambert F. Zaengle; sons, John F. and Kenneth R. Zaengle; grandson, Nathan Field; and brother, Raymond J. Guy.
Marilyn is survived by her loving children, Joseph K. (Diane) of Hillsborough, North Carolina, J. Lambert (Sarah) of Cooperstown, Charlotte Field of Milford, William (Tina) of Westhampton, Massachusetts, Donald (Christine) of Worcester, Guy (Janice) of Scotia, James (Mary) of Cooperstown, Edward (Soo) of Libertyville, Illinois, Marilyn Ann (Mark) Rogers of Shawnee, Kansas, Mary (John) Klockowski of Norwich, Janet (Todd) Zimmer of Roeland Park, Kansas, and Jeannie (Patrick) Wilshire of Altoona, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Lynn Guy of Fort Worth, Texas; daughters-in-law, Jeanine Zaengle of Duluth, Minnesota and Sarah Lorbecki of Kansas City, Missouri; 37 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Worcester, in June.
