He was born May 7, 1949 at Danbury Hospital to William Henion and Ethel (Brown) Henion whom he loved dearly. He was a graduate of Danbury High School class of 1967. Mark worked as a driver with Omaha Beef for a time as well as Comet Amusements, two jobs where he got to do two of his favorite things, drive and visit with friends.
In his younger years, Mark was an avid water skier on Candlewood Lake and had a passion for motorcycles and his Corvette. But, what Mark truly cherished the most was his beloved wife, Cecile, who he met in
1979, married in 1981, and their daughter Danielle Satinover, born to them in May of 1986.
Mark also enjoyed being a step grandfather to Ariadna and Penelope Satinover and had a deep love for animals.
He is survived by his wife, Cecile (Plourde) Henion; his daughter Danielle (Henion) Satinover and son-in-law, Jeffrey Satinover; grand-stepdaughters: Ariadna and Penelope Satinover; and many dear cousins including Sally Fiorita, Nancy Brown, and Mallory Gilbert.
Close family and friends will be invited to a private Memorial to be announced in coming months.
