Mary Marie Ferreri Browne

Marie (Mary) Browne, 70, of New Fairfield, CT died peacefully on Dec. 11th, 2011 after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Marie was a resident of New Fairfield for over 45 years. Born in the Bronx, NY on Oct. 22, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Emanuel and Lucille Ferreri. Marie worked for Berol Corp. for over 25 years, six years in Brentwood, TN, as a Customer Service Manager. The greatest joy in Marie’s life were her grandchildren, Nicholas, Delia and Michael. She loved going to their many activities, taking them bowling and to the movies.

She is survived by her best friend and sister, Janet Kutschinski and her husband, Fred, of New Milford. Her son: Patrick and his wife, Eileen, and their two sons, Nicholas and Michael of New Fairfield. Her daughter: Maria Elena Breton and her husband, David, and her daughter, Delia, and stepson, Nicholas, of New Milford. Her niece: Angela Reich and her husband, Anthony, and their children, Austin and Eric of Brookfield. Her nephew: Billy Kutschinski and his daughter, Matilda, and son, Oliver, of Naugatuck and son Matthew of Milford. In addition her loving granddogs, Gil, Lucy, Desi and Milo.

Our family would like to thank Dr. John Pezzimenti and his caring staff at Danbury Hospital for the wonderful care they gave Marie for over three decades.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday at 11am at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, New Fairfield with the Rev. Eric Wismar, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Mountainview Cemetery, New Fairfield. Friends will be received at the church from 10am till the time of the service.
