

Nathan J. Gillotti, a lifetime resident of Danbury died May 30, 2011 at Danbury Hospital. He was 81 years old. Nathan was born January 30, 1930 in Danbury, the son of the late Louis and Mary (Tomanio) Gillotti.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War and he was a Union Carpenter for many years, later starting his own construction business, JANE Construction and later was named Gillotti Construction and he was a member of St. Gregory the Great Church.
He is survived by his children and their spouses Nathan Gillotti Jr and his wife Helen of Winter Haven, FL, Cathy Fine and her husband Scott of New Fairfield, Keith Gilllotti and his wife Theresa of Danbury, two brothers Albert and Louis Gillotti, one sister Rose Cristaldi all of Danbury, also survived by nine grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Joshua, Rebecca, Zachary, Katrina, Samuel, Grace, Benjamin, five great grandchildren, Morrigan, Sophie, Trey, Nicholas and Elizabeth, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was pre-deceased by his wife Agnes (Layok) Gillotti, two brothers, Fred and Francis Gillotti and one sister Mary Gillotti.
Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home 57 Main St. on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday 10:30 am at St Gregory the Great Church, interment will follow at St Peter Cemetery.
