She was the oldest of five children. Her sister, Rosita, and brothers Alfredo, Hector, and Hiram all predeceased her. Amy was predeceased by her husband, Walter P. Trompetter. She is survived by her daughter Agnes (Agi) Pace and her husband Louis, her son Paul and his wife Pamela, 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Pace and his wife Robin of Brookfield, Alison (Pace) Croteau and her husband Dustin of Danbury, Marni (Trompetter) Smith and her husband Trevor of Litchfield. She is also survived by her great granddaughter Aubrey Croteau, the “treasured light of her eye”, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
