Normand was born in Saint Ludger, Quebec, Canada, a son of the late Edward and Rose Aimé (Domingue) Bizier.
Normand graduated from The Masonry Institute in Sherbrooke Canada and went on to run his own business in the Danbury area for 50 years.
In addition to his wife of 59 years, survivors include his children Steve and Fran Bizier, Josee and Brian Creekmore, Natalie and Jack Saldamarco, and Shaun and Amy Bizier. His grandchildren: Brandon, Rebecca, Zachery, Siera, Tommy, and Marissa, and many extended families.
Visitation for Normand will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St, Danbury, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Monday, November 14, 2022, at 10:30 AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 85 Great Plain Rd., Danbury. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Rt 37, New Fairfield.
