Rosita DiBello, 84, of Sandy Hook, passed peacefully on Thursday, November 19, 2015, surrounded by family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph DiBello. Born, raised and married in San Martino, Italy, Rosita and Joe immigrated to the US and settled in New Rochelle, NY.
Rosita is survived by her loving children; Dominick (Cathy) of Pleasant Valley, NY, daughters Joann DiBello of Howell, NJ and Lisa Hintzen (Bill) of Newtown, CT.
Rosita worked at Bloomingdales for 23 years and retired in Sandy Hook, CT, where she enjoyed her family and friends for 19 years. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren: Brendan, Joseph, Megan, Nicholas and Madeline. She will be remembered by all for: her beauty, wit, humor and love.

Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT from 1-5 pm on Sunday, November 22. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Rd, Newtown, CT on Monday November 23, at 1030am followed by burial at Greenwood Union Cemetery, Rye NY.
