He was born July 19, 1941 in Fairfield County, CT to the late Charles Valenta and Marion Wolfert Valenta. Warren was of the Catholic faith and a United States Army veteran. He attended JM Wright Technical High School in Stamford, Connecticut and retired as owner of A&W Automotive in Danbury, CT. Warren was a substitute teacher for the auto shop class at Henry Abbott Technical School in Danbury. He sponsored local sports teams over the years, was an avid car enthusiast, and enjoyed many years of drag racing “The Chiseler” at Dover Plains Speedway in NY. Warren will be missed by many.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Robin Valenta; brother, Charles Valenta, and sister, Janet Grace Hluboky.

A graveside service to celebrate Warren’s life will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, New Fairfield, CT. Fr. Tim Iannacone will be officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT.
