Wayne, one of eleven children, was born on October 16, 1950, to Stewart & Helen Clements (Miller) in Troy, New York. He graduated from Troy High School in 1969. In his lifetime he was drafted into the army, a volunteer fireman, became a successful business owner, and overall hard-working man. He was a man who enjoyed the simplicities of life. He loved country music, fishing, and putting back a cold one with his veteran community.
Wayne leaves behind four children, Nicole Marie Pulver (Larry Pulver) with former wife Christine (Doug) Windover, and her daughters Natalie Buchanan and Alaina Smith (Jayden Smith); Courtney Lynn Clements (Joseph Puggioni), her sons Evan Michael Dawid, Ryan Joseph Dawid, and Joseph Andrew Puggioni; Stephen Michael Clements (Cori Patrick), his sons Liam Thomas Clements and Dylan Michael Clements; Bridget Clements with former wife Deborah Clements.
Wayne was predeceased by his parents Stewart and Helen Clements (Miller), his brother Douglas Clements, his sister Carol Clements, and brothers in-law Ozzie Pare and Leonard Wolcott. He is survived by his children and their families, sister Priscilla (Gerry) Giglio, brother Stewart (Kathryn) Clements, brother William (Rosemarie) Clements, brother Jack (Mary) Clements, sister Jill Wolcott, sister Beryl (James) White, brother Mark (Mary) Clements, brother Paul (Kathy) Clements, and sister in-law Elaine Clements. Wayne is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who have become family.
