Hazel was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She will be remembered as the kindest, truest, and loveliest woman.
Hazel is survived by her children: Martha Thomas and her husband Keith of Newfane, VT, Thomas Bosworth and his wife Julie of South Dartmouth, James Bosworth and his wife Donna of South Dartmouth, and son in law Ed Giardina of Hingham.
Hazel is also survived by ten grandchildren: Allison, Brittany, Michael, Andrew, Timothy, Evelyn, Ben, Abby, Logan, and Hadley, and three great-grandchildren: Drew, Sydney, and Christopher. She will be missed by her beloved rescue dog Finley.
Hazel was predeceased by her daughter Claudia Giardina and her husband of 64 years Albert C Bosworth.
A celebration of life will be held every day in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT).
