QUIGLEY, Carmen Nelson - 49 of Halifax passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2022. Carmen grew up in Enfield but had spent many years living in the Halifax/Dartmouth area. He was the son of Gordon Quigley and the late Waneta (Hiltz) Quigley. He is survived by his father, Gordon; his son Josh; his brothers, Mark and Little Gordon; his sisters, Darlene, Wanda, Mary and Sandy and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Carmen loved music, especially rap and R&B. He loved animals and people alike and was always there if you needed him. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his son Josh who meant the world to him. He also enjoyed playing video games, cycling and sports.
