Catherine Florence Gray

Gray, Catherine Florence – 72, of Dartmouth, passed away April 30, 2013 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. She was the daughter of Matthew and the late Muriel (Hector) Collier. She enjoyed darts and bowling in her younger years. Later on she loved to knit and embroider. She is survived by sons Bobby (Linda) Cleary, NB; John Cleary, Charles Jr. (Joyce) Gray; daughters Millie (Dennis) Edmonds, Debbie (Paul) Naugle, Catherine (Brian Pineo) Gray; brothers Mickey (Sandy) Collier, BC, Tom (Mary) Collier, Bill (Debbie) Collier, AB; sister Joan (Kevin) Erwin, AB, special sister in law Dora Margaret Gray; 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; other daughter (friend) Kelly Venables (Scudder), Greenwood, NS. She was predeceased by her husband Charles “Sonny” and sister Susan. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of mom’s life at the Army Navy Airforce unit 349 on Saturday, May 11 at 2:00pm. Donations may be to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nova Scotia Lung Association.
