SHUPE; Charles Ervin, 88 of Dartmouth passed away Sunday March 28, 2010 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, he was a son of the late Oliver and Mary (Bailey) Shupe. He was a veteran of WWII, retired from HMCS dockyard, Halifax. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan and enjoyed a good game of crib and gardening. Surviving are son Brian (Marilyn), Dartmouth, brother Oliver (Ruth), Halifax. He was predeceased by his wife Irene, brother Arthur. No visiting by request, cremation has taken place, a graveside service will be held 1:30pm Wednesday March 31, 2010 in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
