I was saddened to hear of the passing of your mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Chris. I had the pleasure of working with Chris over the last number of years at the hospital. She was a very kind and loving person who was so very proud of her family. Every so often she would drop by my office and we would have great conversations about you, her trips to Kedgi and looking forward to retirement. Just saw her in August at Kent and we had a great chat; gave me her address and phone # to make plans for lunch. I regret I didn't contact her right away. To the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult. I know that Chris will live on within the hearts of each of you. God Bless.

Melissa & stephen it is hard to believe she is no longer with us. It's been over 30 yrs since I met your mom and I can say I have never met a kinder more loving,yet of course crazy lady, that loved her kids more than her own life. Never a time we met that we didn't end up in a roaring laugh which always bugged her as she was no doubt giving me money.  She use to say that I was lucky she loved me cause she hated to pay out money when she was such a perfect driver. Obviously she was living in denial., as perfect driver she was not.  Lol She appreciated the small things in life which is what made her such a special lady. Although our relationship began purely through business we came to truly care for each other and very much loved teasing each other but always with pure respect and caring.  Every call started with "ok girl". Lol I will truly miss her. I feel blessed to have called her friend. So glad she was surrounded by the ones she loved in her final days as I know that is all that mattered to her.  Love to you both. Colleen.

I was one of the many people to have worked with Chris before I retired from the VG. With that contagious smile and that upbeat personality, whoever new her was the lucky on.  She was always so helpful to everybody who new her. She will be a great loss to all of us but especially to her family.  I would like to expree my condolences to her family and the great group of friends she had.

I worked with Chris years ago and remember her as a kind hearted, fun loving woman who was very proud of her children. I recently lost my mom and know how tough it is to say good bye. Remember all the great times you have had and how much she loves you. My sincere condolences to all of the family.
