Mr. Corey Langil Patterson

Patterson, Corey Langil – 31 of Vancouver/Halifax, passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Corey was loved, cherished, and will always be remembered by many. Corey was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia then later moved to Vancouver, BC. Corey was employed by Salon Supreme where he worked as a Barber, for a number of years. He was well known and had many friends, who will miss him deeply. Corey came from a large family on both sides. Corey is survived by daughter Aaliyah Grace, mother Mrs. Kayla Patterson, maternal great-grandmother Miss Lillian Patterson, maternal grandmother Miss Agatha Patterson, Aunt Tria, siblings Randy (Renee), Kailan and Sasha all of Vancouver. Father Mr. Avery (Darlene) Willis, paternal grandmother Mrs. Winnifred Willis – Beals, siblings Katherine, Avery Jr. all of North Preston and Kayleena of Sackville. Corey was loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by paternal grandfather Mr. Austin Willis and maternal great-grandfather Mr. Allan Patterson. Corey was entrusted by Ocean View Funeral Home, Burnaby, BC, where his funeral took place on Wednesday January 19, 2001. Viewing will take place 11:00am – 12:30pm, Saturday January 22, 2011 with a Funeral Service at 1 PM all in St. Thomas United Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Wallace Smith and assisted by Rev.
