OBITUARY

David Maxwell Booth

June 23, 1946July 6, 2019

BOOTH, David Maxwell – 73 of Dartmouth, passed away July 6, 2019 at home. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Hector and Katherine (Currie) Booth. He is survived by his wife; Winnifred, sons; Chad and Bradley, and daughter; Michelle. David worked in the construction industry for over 40 years with some of his best memories from the years he spent working on the Confederation Bridge. David was also passionate about his lawn and garden, spending most of his leisure time tending to its perfection. In the off seasons, Dave spend may hours in his woodworking shop building and restoring furniture and other items for his friends and family. Cremation has taken place and an interment will take place at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation. We were sadened to hear of Dave's passing. We have found memories of Dave on many hockey trips with the boys. Dave was a fun guy to be around and always kept the party going. Dave will be missed and our condolences go out to the Booth family.

we are saddened by the passing of David, I know he was a straight shooter who was as tough as they come and he knew how to get the toughest jobs done. He was always a pleasure to be with and was a very interesting individual.
