

Dillman, Elizabeth Ann “Betty”-77, of Dartmouth went home to be with the Lord on April 21, 2013, with her family by her side. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Stuart and Clarice Parks.
Betty was involved with the South End Baptist Church Sunday school program for several years. She served in several ministries at Northbrook Bible Chapel, often working quietly behind the scenes. For many years she worked alongside her mother in the medical office of Dr. Dennis Johnston. Betty was well known for her great cooking. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, she will be sadly missed by all knew her.
She is survived by her husband of almost 58 years, Ralph; sons, Roy (Kelly), Brian (Janice); daughters, Dawn (Geoff) Aikens, and Lisa, all of Dartmouth; brother, John Parks (Lessia); sisters, Yvonne “Vonnie” (Jim) Owen, Elsie Hartley, Pauline (Ormal) Mumford and Margaret (David) Fraser; grandchildren, Michelle, Lori, Jason, Scott, Matthew, Carrie, Daryl, Kim, Luke; great grandson, Jack; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8pm in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth. Funeral service will be 10am Wednesday April 24 from Northbrook Bible Chapel. Don Salmans officiating. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
