Pat was a school bus driver and her continuing love for children she thoroughly enjoyed over 30 years transporting Special Needs Students. As a serious Union Activist she studied and practiced her craft with zeal. She enjoyed the verbal brain thrusts and discussions which assisted the welfare of her fellow members. Her awareness and use of trade offs assisted both members and the employer.
A love of square and round dancing, Pat’s active participation on the executive, and the many friendships she cultivated gave her many years of enjoyment with the Stardusters SD Club. A lady who enjoyed and loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren she believed that children should be loved unconditionally. Her life lessons were that one should always look at life through the windshield and never in the rear view mirror, and that life is choices.
Pat is survived by her loving husband Jim of 64 years; her daughter, Barbara (Timothy ) Booker; grandchildren, Marie (Joseph), James (Leslie) Briggs , Courtney (Scott) and Ashley (Chris) Dennis, Lana (Joe) Mallaley, Matthew (Bernadette) Booker, Timothy (Teoni) Booker, Amy (Andrew) Smith, Vanessa (Curtis); great-grandchildren, Khloe Kilpatrick , Maisie MacDonald , Felicity MacDonald ,Zander Boudreau , Henry Dennis and Halle Dennis. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her son, David and sister, Barbara Morash.
A special thank you to Pat’s angels/care givers for the compassion and care they provided to her over the years.
