Born Feb 28, 1937. Passed away peacefully August 13 2024 at Dartmouth General Hospital.
Survived by: Son David (Betty Ann), grandson Nathaniel (Danika) great-grandchildren Frances and sisters Pauline and Marg (Dave) Brother John. many nephews and nieces. Elsie had a special relationship with Lester Wilson, his family and his grandchildren.
Predeceased by parents Stuart and Clarice Parks, husband Alfred, sisters Vonnie and Betty-Ann.
Elsie worked tirelessly during her life for Allen's Drug Store, DND Shearwater (Air Force), King Medical Clinic and Eastern Passage Junior High. In retirement, Elsie enjoyed travelling, her home and garden, music, and time with family across Canada.
Service and reception will be held at South End Baptist Church, 60 Hastings Drive, Dartmouth on Monday, August 19th at 1 p.m.
Elsie will be forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
