Born August 12, 1929, in West Lawrencetown, Halifax County, she was the daughter of the late Mitchell and Isabel (Power) Sellars.
She worked for many years at Dartmouth Ship Yards, Dartmouth Medical Centre, and retired from Dartmouth Fuels (Cunards).
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother Milton (Pam), sisters Nevada Miller, Doris (Bob) Kerr, and Joan (Cyril) Bissett, and a sister in infancy. Also, nephews Michael Miller, Ian, and Neil Sellars.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, Dartmouth. A private family burial will take place in Mount Hermon Cemetery at a later date. At Glenna's request, there will be no visitation.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of the 7th floor Northwood Manor for their care of Glenna.
