Isa Viola Leslie

Leslie, Isa Viola-92, of Dartmouth passed away October 1, 2013 at Parkland on the Lakes. Born in Spry Bay she was a daughter of the late David and Alice (Spears) McCarthy. Isa was a long-time parishioner of St. Luke’s Anglican Church in Dartmouth where she taught crafts.

She is survived by her sons, Carl (Kathleen), Dartmouth, David (Helen), Dartmouth, Binney (Geraldine), Dartmouth and Kenneth (Shirley), Sheet Harbour; grandchildren, Glen, Darren, Paul, Donald, Cheryl, Scott and Jason; great grandchildren, Alicia, Erynn, Emily, Justyne, Sienna, Marcus, James, Julia, Bria, Jack, Cole, Jake, Drew and Nolan; and close friend, Charles Witherall. She was predeceased by her husband, Allison Leslie; brother, Raymond McCarthy; and three infant children, Keith, Faye and Brenda.

Visitation will be held on Thursday October 3, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth. Funeral service will be 11am Friday October 4, 2013 from St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 9 Veteran’s Ave, Dartmouth. Interment to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family flowers only.
