I am very sad to hear of Hudson's passing. Huddy and I used to be good buddies when I stayed with my Aunt Catherine as a kid, and Hudson's family lived next door. Even though he was 8 years older than me, we used to wrestle outside and I remember once when I was about 7 and him 15, (I thought) I got him pinned down on his back. I was so proud. It was not till I was an adult that I realized he had let me win. Yes indeed, he was an awesome guy; so kind, and nice, and full of fun. Rest in Peace Huddy.

My earliest memories of Hudson was all about music. Either playing the piano and Elsie’s dog patch gatherings or at my house (Bessie and Robbies). I can not tell you how much fun they all had. Hudson’s personality, wit and ability to get anyone to join in song, was such a gift.
My parents thought the world of him and so did we.
My deepest condolences to the family.
Hudson is in heaven making a few others laugh and sing. Sincerely, Karen (MacKinnon) Carriere

Matthew, I spent many good times and laughs with Hudson at Cadets and of course the hockey rink. I remember most of all his laugh and his deep pride in you, Matthew. He loved to be involved in anything you were involved in. Daniel loved going to your place and no wonder, he was treated so well. He loved Hudson and his stories. My deepest condolences on your loss Matthew, your wife and children.
