It is a shame we couldn't get  to know one another...…..My dad was Allister Boyd......I have pictures of you and lee throwing the football  when I was only 5...…..sad when  families don't    stay in touch...….Say hi to my poppy  boyd for me......cheers , Jim Boyd

  We just found Kenny's obituary.  We were shocked to read of his passing at such a young age.  We have many fond memories of Dustan Street (we lived at
8 Dustan St, across from you). It's been many years but we have many warm memories of the Boyd family.  Jean, you and I were good friends and I think of you often. Your children and my children played together frequently along with Pepper. We've been in the U.S for a long time but each year, we spend the summer in NS and always pay a visit to Dustan Street.  Please accept our condolences on your loss of Kenny.

Kenny I enjoyed our dart nights. Some good and some bad. But it always ended up being good in the end.  You are truly going to be missed and forever in our hearts.

Well Where Do I Begin... Kenny was one of the most amazing people I know, He was always there to lend a helping hand, He was a ball couch to my husband and a dart couch to me....Or He tried to be..lol but I always came out on top I was his "Captain" As he would put it, Every year he wanted to be on my team cause we just worked so well as a team, He would yell when he had to but no one listened to him and he would just bursh his hand In The air and say "Yeah Whatever" :) but even still he was always yelling to his team mates go get It, and when you did take the game out he would be so happy and always the one there to congratulate you!! I Will Miss him standing at the dart the line cause he had a way of shooting like no other, he would stand there lick his fingers, rub those fingers together grab his dart, put his foot to the line position it 4 million times, and then finally he was ready to shoot...no one dare talk to him Or yell Out A Number cause he would have to repeat all those steps again..lol
Kenny will always be my favorite Dart Buddy!!
We also played some pool together but really that was just to kill time... We Spent Some time At the ballfield cause we all know he loved the game, We also played some Crib Which he was never very lucky getting a hand better then mine...But we laughed and had some great games!!
I will miss seeing him walking down the road and Being able to pull over and pick him up, it was only a short drive home but it was time spent!
I will Cherish every moment I ever spent with Kenny!
Kenny was a Lover of food he would call a cab from where ever we were and say gotta go home cooking a roast or having a BBQ, Trisha Lee you are welcome to come over...I will miss that!! 
He loved to fish and always had a story to tell us about the week or weekend away fishing! 
He never complained about anything ever...He was one of the most easiest going people you could ever meet!
I am so thankful he was my Friend For life...I will miss him everyday and I hope he is surrounded by lots of angels but I know he is cause why wouldn't he?

Our condolences to the family. Kenny AKA Frank was a very good friend and dart partner..RIP my friend.

I also worked with Kenny at IMP. He would always joke how, my Mon who grew up in Newfoundland harvesting seals could out shoot me with a shot gun, she was 76 at the time.Then Kenny would turn around and out shoot all of us(skeet shooting that is ) God bless you Kenny you will surely be missed.

Ken and I had been neighbors for 20 years.  I always enjoyed our garden chats over the fence.  He was a hell of a guy and will be truly missed.

I worked with Ken at I.M.P. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

I knew Ken through my cousins - Gord and Greg Hayward - Ken always enjoyed a laugh and would share whatever he had.  Thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends.
