Linda Evelyn Shaw Norwood

Norwood, Linda Evelyn – 64 of Lake Echo, passed away at home on June 6, 2012. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Leslie K. and Marjorie E. (Myers) Shaw. Linda enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, family get togethers and playing games. She was always there for everyone in her life, always placing their needs before her own. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Roland, sons Robert (Cindy), Corey (Susan), all of Lake Echo; brothers Steve (Donna), BC; Bruce (Brenda), Porters Lake; Brian of Chester; Paul (Robin), West Lawrencetown; sisters Ruth Wright, Cole Harbour Sylvia (Billy Adamson) Gorham, Lake Charlotte; Holly Shaw and Darlene Shaw both of Lake Echo; grandchildren Corey W. Norwood, Logan Norwood, many nephews and nieces along with her loving dog Duff. She was predeceased by her brother John and brother in-law Murray Wright. Linda’s family would like to welcome friends and family from 4 – 6 pm on Saturday June 9, 2012 at the residence of Corey and Sue Norwood, Lake Echo.
