MCCARTHY, Mildred Dolores - 75, of Dartmouth, passed away December 20, 2020 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Halifax on January 4, 1945, she was the daughter of Claude Payant and the Late Marie (LeBlanc) Payant. Dolores is survived by her loving husband, Robert of 52 years; son, Ryan; daughter, Michelle (Jim) Beaton and three grandchildren, Adam, Colin and Grace Beaton. Dolores enjoyed crafting, shopping and playing games.The things she loved most of all though was spending time with her loving family. She was a very loving, kind, caring wife, mother and grandmother and she will be dearly missed. Funeral service will be held December 30, 2020 at 10 am in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Diabetes Assoc. Due to Covid-19 restrictions space will be limited.
