Nina was foremost a mom and a grandma. She loved to bake, do cross stitch and in later years enjoyed a good book.
She is survived by her son, Robert (Cynthia), Victoria, BC; daughter, Brenda (Mark) Foster, Dartmouth, brother, Allan Conrod; grandchildren, whom she was so proud of, Sarah (Ian) Malcolm, Victoria, BC and Christopher Foster, Fredericton, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald; sister, Marion Petrovitch; brother, Kenneth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday November 8, from 9:30 to 11am followed by a memorial service at 11am in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Nova Scotia.
