LE FORT (MacKinnon), Margaret Teresa – Dartmouth, NS (formerly of Inverness, NS), born 03 Oct 1928 passed away peacefully 24 May 2019 at Ivany Place, Hammonds Plains. She is survived by her loving children, Sandra (Phil), Leo, Jean (Bill), and Paula, daughter-in-law, Chris, and grandchildren, Allanna, Lauren, James, Laura, Jenna, Warren, Rick, Nicolas, Kristan, Jessica, Andrew, Caitlin, and 10 great grandchildren. Teresa was predeceased by her loving husband, Leo Louis, and her beloved son, Brian. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 28th from 7 pm – 9 pm at A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home in Dartmouth. Funeral mass to be held on Wednesday, May 29th at 11 am at Immaculate Conception Parish, 339 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth. The family would like to acknowledge their gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Ivany Place who over the past 8 years have become extended family, and made Schooner Landing her home. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
