

LANGILLE, Warren Leo "Puppy" — 80, Dartmouth, passed away April 5, 2010, in Dartmouth General Hospital with loving family by his side. Born in Eastern Passage, he was the only child of Leo and Marie (White) Langille. Warren was a member of Halifax Dockyard with International Association of Machinist and Chargehand Association in which he served on the executive for a number of years. He was also a member of the Buffalo Club, Eastern Passage, a volunteer firefighter and member of the UPC. Warren was very passionate about woodworking; he built his own home and willingly shared his gifts and talents with those he loved. He was also willing to pitch in and lend a hand to others. He was always a carpenter on call for his family and friends. He was an avid gardener and meticulous with his lawn care and the life of a good party. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Shirley (Mott) Langille; children, Bruce (Michelle), Lynda (Robert ) Judge, Sharon, Patricia (Edward) Longaphy, all of Dartmouth. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. Visitation in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 8. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 9, at 11 a.m. in St. Luke's Anglican Church, 9 Veterans Ave., Dartmouth. Rev. Carolyn Tomlin officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall.
