Amber Lacy-Strawhacker

Amber was a loving daughter, sister, girlfriend and aunt, who was always there when needed. She enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with her adored nieces and nephews. Amber planned to start in the nursing field once she felt better. One of Amber’s favorite things to do was take her nieces and nephews to the park and could always be found with a “Big Gulp” fountain pop in her hand.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Jeff Strawhacker, Sr. and Melissa Stremlow (Alonzo Brown) both of Davenport, IA; brothers, Richard DeBates, Sr. of Davenport, IA, J.J. (Tashia) Strwahacker of Moline, IL; sisters, Tisha Schultz of Bettendorf, IA, and Journiegh Strawhacker of Davenport, IA; loving boyfriend, Antonio Carroll of East Moline, IL; grandparents, Jim Stremlow and Joann Heyvaert; along with her nieces and nephews, Miya DeBates of Rock Island, IL, Quincy and Aubrey Strawhacker of Moline, IL, and Nicholas, Jacob and Joseph Stremlow of Davenport, IA.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gloria Simpson and Gary Strawhacker; brother, Justin Strawhacker; and nephew, Richard DeBates, Jr.
