Anthony "Antwan" Buckley

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Runge Mortuary at 2pm. A visitation will be held from 12-2pm at the mortuary before service time. Memorials may be made directly to his son Aaron Buckley. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.rungemortuary.com.

Antwan was born on February 10, 1964 in Chicago Illinois to C.T. and Lillie Buckley. He was united in marriage to Heather Wolf on December 2, 2000. They enjoyed 23 years of marriage until her passing in 2023.

Antwan was a loving person that had a smile and laugh that was contagious. Antwan was also a caring person and no matter what trials and tribulations he faced, he always stayed genuine and positive. He enjoyed music, watching movies but most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren. Antwan had a great sense of humor and was the life of the party and had too many friends to count.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Yolanda Buckley, Jacob Buckley, Antonio Buckley, Deshawn Buckley, Aaron (Eboni) Buckley, and Joshua Buckley; grandchildren, Syncere, Siany, Symia, Elianna, and Armani; siblings, Denise (Glen) Dixon, Bobby Buckley, Darnell Buckley, and C.T. Buckley III; and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
