Audrey M. Johnson

Memorial services for Audrey M. Johnson, 46, of Davenport will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1140 E. High St., Davenport. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Ms. Johnson passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at her residence. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements. Audrey Mae Farrar was born in Scottsdale, AZ on October 13, 1965, the daughter of Lee and Janette (Sproul) Farrar. After graduating Rock Island High School in 1983, she went on to graduate from the former Moline Public School of Nursing in 1986. Audrey worked as a Registered Nurse for almost 20 years at Genesis Medical Center – West Campus. In March of 1996, she married Rick Johnson in Rock Island, IL. She was known for her exceptional compassion and was well respected in the nursing profession. Her family was very important to her and she enjoyed spending time with them. Audrey was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Davenport. She is survived by her Mother: Janette Farrar of Rockford, IL; her Father: Lee Farrar of Rock Island, IL; a Son: Rick Davis of Davenport, IA; two Daughters: Erin and Keri Johnson, both of Bettendorf, IA; a Special Friend: Lance Accola of Davenport, IA; two Sisters: Carolee (Andrew) Munoz of Colona, IL; Valerie Farrar (Brian Boyer) of Rock Island, IL; a Granddaughter: Elliana Davis; a Niece: Madison Munoz of Colona, IL; two Nephews: Logan and Reece Munoz, both of Colona, IL; her former husband: Rick Johnson of Bettendorf, IA. She was preceded in death by her step-mother, Jean Farrar. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
