Betty Garrow

Betty Lou Garrow, 93, passed away on June 17, 2026. A visitation will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Davenport on Monday, June 22, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Betty was born on December 22, 1932, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Charles and Mathilda Whitbeck.

She was united in marriage to Lewis R. Garrow on September 20, 1952, in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death, passing in 1998.

Some of her interests included baking, traveling, attending church, and spending quality time with her family.

Betty is survived by her children, Lewis Jr. “Roger” (Marsha) Garrow and Mark (Danya) Garrow; Grandchildren Shelly Miller, Alyssa Garrow, and Jordan Garrow; and great-grandchildren Aaliyah, Marlee, Cainan, Serene, Maddox and Mia.

She is preceded in death by her spouse; and children Vickie (Tim) Jones and Cindy Garrow.
