A private gathering for Bobbie A. Carlson, 81, of Davenport was held on January 15, 2016 at the St. Francis Chateau Assisted Living Center. As was her request, there was no public visitation and cremation rites were accorded. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements. Mrs. Carlson died on January 2, 2016 at Genesis Medical Center West Campus in Davenport.Bobbie Ann Carlson was born on June 17, 1934 in Rock Island Illinois, the daughter of Delbert and Wanda (Olds) Carlson. Following her graduation from high school, she began work in hotel / motel hospitality management which she continued throughout her life.Surviving members of the family include – a Daughter: Cheryl Via of Tampa, FL; a Son: Robert Carlson of Rock Island; a Step Brother & Sister: Carol Via and Harold Via both of Calfornia; 2 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandson.
