Brian G. Nichols

Brian G. Nichols, 44, of Davenport, died Sunday, February 13, 2011 in Bettendorf. Graveside services will be Monday, February 21, 2011 at 12:00 pm at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport. Brian was born January 27, 1967, in Davenport, the son of LaFayette Loren “Lafe” and Clemnie (Rice) Nichols, Jr.

Brian loved the Chicago Cubs and pro wrestling, especially TNA and WWF. He enjoyed playing video games and watching sports and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Iowa Hawkeye fan.

Those left to honor his memory include his son, Loren Loeffelholz and his fiancé, Trisha Simpson, Davenport, daughter, Charlene Nichols, Tennessee, grandsons: Isaiah Loeffelholz and Cadyn Neese; siblings: Monica (Jeff) Calhoun, Linda Robertson, Steve M. Nichols, Steve C. Nichols, all of Davenport; Lafe “Micky” Nichols, III, Tipton, MO; Damon Nichols, Montezuma, IA; Carol Ann Murphy, Albuquerque, NM, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

His parents, brother, Dennis and a sister, Sydney Nichols preceded him in death.
