Celia T. Duncan, 99, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Manor Care in Davenport. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 12:00 pm at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.

Celia was born February 13, 1915 in Mercer, Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Ivy (Ragen) Elsey. She was formerly married to Gilbert Koos.
She was united in marriage to Wesley Duncan, on July 25, 1962 in Silvis, IL; he preceded her in death on November 11, 2003.
She had worked for over forty years at the Bradford Clothing Company and also co-owned and operated Duncan Landscaping with her husband.
Those left to honor her memory include her sons: Gilbert “Lee” (Patricia) Koos, Clearwater, FL and Robert Koos, Davenport; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Donna Clark, twin-sister, Cecile and a sister, Thelma.
