Charles Arthur Blocker

Charles A. Blocker, 87, of Davenport Iowa passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023. A funeral service will be held in the Runge Mortuary chapel at 12pm on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm prior to service time. His final resting place will be at Rock Island National Cemetery, with military honors. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The American Legion.
