A visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, from 4-8 p.m. at the Runge Mortuary. Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, at the mortuary. Memorials may be made in her honor to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
Christine was born on July 2, 1943, the daughter of James and Jeanette (Wolverton) Ivanoff in Davenport, IA. On August 11, 1992 she was united in marriage to Keith Paustian in Ringling, MT. She retired from Dupont Automotive Finishes in Clinton and Davenport after 25 years of service.
Christine was a loveable person and loved by all. She loved traveling out west on their motorcycle with her husband and their many trips to Lady Smith, WI, Sturgis, and Deadwood, SD. Christine liked playing cards with her friends and more than anything she cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan.
Those left to honor her memory are her mother, Althea; loving husband of 32 years, Keith; children, Carey, Cathi (Michael Woodward), and Kelly (Perry) Glassgow; grandchildren, Justin (Caitlin) Arp, Kayla (Bryar) Bloomer, Alycia (Zach) Smith, Ian (Anna) Kleinsmith, Carley Lehner, Rose Kleinsmith, Ashley Clark, Lexie Lehner, and Austin Clark; great grandchildren, Averie, Emma, Evan, Finley, Henley, and Henry; siblings, Jay Ivanoff and John (Sue) Ivanoff; brother-in-law, Rollie Frink; sister-in-laws, Carol Bunch, Lora (Hank) Pacha, and LuAnn Baetke; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James; and siblings, Jim, JoAnn, Jeff, and Joel.
