Cindy was born February 20, 1959 in Davenport. She was the daughter of John Eldredge and Sharon (Housley) Wilkins. She worked as a hairdresser for many years. She loved to cook, especially Mexican food. She was known for her salsa and meatloaf. She also loved to grow flowers, tomatoes and jalapenos to use in her cooking. In earlier years, Cindy loved to ride her Harley. Her contagious laugh and love of all things family will be missed by everyone that knew her.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Alexander, Davenport and his son, Ethan Sanders; siblings: Elizabeth (Jonathan) George, Bettendorf, Michelle Eldredge, Davenport and Chris (Melanie) Wilkins, Bettendorf and several nieces, nephews and fur-babies. She was preceded in death by her parents.
