Clara Mae Stroud, 67, of Davenport, passed away, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Aperion Health Care, East Moline. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday August 6, 2018 the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will take place at Fairmount Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at Clara was born on May 8, 1951 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of George and Norma Jean (McFadden) Hahn. She married the love of her life Charles E. Stroud Sr. on January 7, 1969. They would be celebrating 50 years of marriage this January. Clara enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed baking cookies and other special treats. Clara also enjoyed fishing. Clara is survived by her loving husband, Charles; her three children: Charlotte Stroud- Stanger, Charles “Skippy” Stroud and Christina (Brian) Farrell all of Davenport; grandchildren, Steven Schutters, Andrew Stanger, Zachary Schutters, and Tyler Stanger; five step-grandchildren: Elizabeth Stanger-Cathelyn, Montana Farrell, Brean Farrell, Ashlin Slate; six step great grandchildren; a brother, Walter (Tracy) Hahn; sister, Donna Hahn and another sister, many cousins, nieces and nephews that were very dear to her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brother George Hahn Jr., and a sister Viola Hahn-White.
