Per his wishes he will be cremated with a visitation to be held from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 1st, at The Runge Mortuary and Crematory. He will be laid to rest with full military honors in The National Cemetery, Rock Island, Illinois. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America #776.
Cliff was born June 7, 1951, in Dayton, OH, to Edna Brown and Earl Perry. He served proudly in the U.S Marines and then the U.S. Army, retiring in 1989. Cliff spent 13 months in Vietnam during his time with the Marine Corps.
He was united in marriage to Robin Morgan on October 27, 1970, in Richmond, IN. They have one daughter, Tracy, who was born during Cliff’s tour at Ft. Carson, CO. His last tour of duty was at Rock Island Arsenal where he retired on January 31, 1989.
He will be missed.
