Clifford was born May 25, 1953 in Davenport, Iowa. He was the son of James and Vera (Leonard) Sisco. He was very mechanically inclined and loved to work on cars, so much that he had quite a collection of automobile parts and antiques. Clifford also enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends. In his younger years, he would often play the guitar. He truly loved children and they loved spending time with him, especially his grandchildren.
Clifford is survived by his children: Clifford J. Sisco, Allen Sisco, Billy Westfall and Lisa Reeves; sisters: Sheila, Tammie, Debbie and Jeanine; grandchildren, Raymond Dells, Tabitha Dells, and Kennedy Sisco; and great grandchild, Haven Dells.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Donald, James, and Tom; and sisters, Edith and Vicki.
