

Daniel Joseph Nahra, 23, of Davenport, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in Davenport as a result of a motorcycle accident. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday at The Runge Mortuary with funeral services to follow at 4:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the family or at www.gofundme.com. Daniel was born on June 7, 1991 in Davenport, the son of Jeffrey and Darcia (Blankenfeld) Nahra. He graduated from Davenport West High School in 2009 and worked for Sears Manufacturing. As always he helped others by being an organ donor through the Donor Network.
Daniel always put others first. He truly enjoyed spending time with his friends and playing frisbee golf. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved being with his nieces and nephews – he was great with kids. He loved to be outdoors and cherished moments with family and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Darcia Nahra, Davenport; his father, Jeffrey Nahra, Omaha, NE; siblings, Rodney Banks, Clarksville, TN, Tammy (Jim) Weisrock, Walcott, Jamie (Sheila) Wardlow, Davenport, Jodi Wardlow, Davenport, Casey Cross, Gardner, KS, Jamie (Joshua) Park, Davenport, Kelli (Tee) Cross, Davenport; nieces and nephews, Heather (Kain) Kormann, Blue Grass, Lindsay and Madison Wardlow, Davenport, Sara and Megan Weisrock, Walcott, Sydney and Hannah Park, Davenport, Dylan Wardlow, Davenport, Cadalyna Cross, Davenport, Malachi and Devin Sheppard, Davenport; great niece and nephew, Karter and Kaylee Kormann, Blue Grass; and many great friends.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Richard Banks and Michael Caudill and niece, Mallory Park.
