 I wish heaven had a
phone, so I could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but
that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday & days before
that, too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I
have are memories & a picture in a frame. I say good morning to you every single day on my way to work as I watch the sun come up and watch the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen.. I think of you my sweet sister.. I miss you so!

I am  so  sorry to  hear about  Dar -- i was blown  away when Harlen  told me .IT  took me a  bit  to  wrap my head around  what he  said i  could not beleave it . I  see  the smile in her pict and she is  the sunshine  that is  what i  used to  call her --- she is  shinning down  on  Harlen and her grand bby and  the family know bring joy  and light to  everyone she  has  touched  love always lisa  from  canada -- chow for now - till i  meet u in  the spirit world dar ( huggs)

So sorry for the loss, but remember her life was great on loving and will continue to love as she watches from heaven. Sincere sympathy to you and your family.

Darlene wasn’t just my sister, she was one of my best friends.. 

Through out the years growing up with her we had our good times and our bad times; but Dar always had the gift of bringing a smile to my face. 

Dar was a kind and thoughtful person; she would do anything she could for anyone. She would even give you her last $10.00 for gas if you needed it and never though twice about it, she always made you know if you ever needed a place to stay her door was always open.. 

She was always there for me, when I’d have a bad day I always knew I could call her and by the end of our conversation we both would be laughing. That’s truly a gift she had!
Dar was the nicest person most of the time, but you wouldn’t want to make her mad at you! She’d never let you forget what you had done wrong.  “Believe me I know;” I’ve had my fare share of making her mad throughout the years. She would always tell me that I was lucky she loved me so much because other wise she would still be mad at me.. Then she’d have this silly little laugh and say “No, not really, you know I can’t stay mad at you, you’re my baby sister”

Dar loved to reminisce about the good times. She remembered a lot of good times from when we where growing up, but most of all she remembered a lot of the ornery thing she had done to me as a child, and when she would talk about them she would laugh so hard; I would tell her she was so mean to me as a child and she would laugh even harder and just say, “I know, but I love you baby sis”.. Gosh I hated it when she would call me that, but now I would give anything just to hear her say that again..

This has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but my big sister has shown me how to laugh. She has always reminded me of how important I am, and she has provided me with the self confidence to just be me.

My big sister has given me the gift of laughter, and I will always be grateful to her for that.
 
We should all remember and love her for what she has given each and every one of us.

I love you Dar, you will always be in my heart!
