David Kadhim Mokhtar was born in Baghdad, Iraq 12/4/1931. Died peacefully on 5/26/2013. He was survived by his wife, Carol and four children; Jodie, Julie, Jeffrey and Jawad. Three grandchildren; Carolyn, Samuel and Emma. He was loved by many and served his community with great love and joy. He will be greatly missed. A memorial gathering will be held at Weerts Funeral Home on July 6th, 2013, between 10:00am through 12:00pm. Any memorial gifts can be made to Fairhaven Nursinghome, Whitewater,WI 53190.
