Delores Marie Elmore, 94, of Davenport, IA passed away on December 9, 2025. As per her wishes, she will be cremated, and no service will be held. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Leonard and her daughter Roxanne at Fairmont Cemetery.
Delores was born on December 16, 1930, to Fred and Agnes Brown in Bellevue, IA and the sister of Mary Brown. On January 1, 1948, she married Leonard Elmore and together they raised a daughter, Roxanne Elmore. She enjoyed many years with Leonard until his passing in November of 1991.
She was a member of the Grace Methodist Church. Delores worked at Woolworth’s for 20 years, retiring in 1992.
Those left to cherish her memories are grandson, Josh Little and his wife, Amber.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; sister Mary Parris; loving husband, Leonard Elmore; and daughter, Roxanne Elmore.
