Delores Lucille Hill, 91 of Davenport passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Runge Mortuary, with a visitation 1hour prior. She was born on April 19, 1924 in Bettendorf, IA the daughter of William R. and Lillian M. (LaGrange) Forgie. Delores was united in marriage to Irvin A. Hill on April 27, 1949 in Iowa City. He passed away on June 5, 2015.
Delores loved playing bingo, fishing, camping and her visits to Wisconsin. She was a faithful bowler. She was very fond of her pet dog, Teddy, and missed him greatly when she went to live in assisted living.
Those left to honor her memory are brother, Wayne (Beverly) Forgie, Nephews: Wayne (Jan), Don (Patty), Micheal (Cheryl), Dan (Angel), Ron (Cindy) and Steve (Laurie).
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Marcella Archer and brother Leonard Forgie.
