Delores S. Rocha, 67, of Rock Island passed away December 25, 2016 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Following cremation a private committal service will be held in the spring of 2017. She retired from TACOM in September 2011 following 44 years of federal service.
Surviving relatives include her siblings: Janice (Mike) Cadogan, Steve (Shauna) Rocha, Ron Rocha, Karen Rocha, Kathy Rocha, Judy (Bud) Uitermarkt, Pamela Rocha, Debra (Brian) Johnson, eleven nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nettie Rocha and brother, Vincent.
