Delores M. Roseman, 96, of Davenport, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 after a full life.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held two hour prior to service. She will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery, Buffalo, IA. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemrotuary.com

Delores was born November 12th, 1922, in Davenport, IA to Richard W. and Mabel (Fulscher) Anderson. She was the eighth child of nine from a very close family. She was also the last surviving member of that family.

Delores married Walter (Tuffy) Roseman on June 3rd, 1939. They were married over 57 years until his passing in 1998. They were the parents of Patty (Don) Bryan, Sherrie (Chuck) Sommer, and Walt (Linda) Roseman, all of Davenport. Grandchildren are Lynda Bryan, Debbi (Kevin) Bracker, Kimberly (Jason) Albrecht, Kevin Roseman, and Cody Roseman, and great-grandchildren Sarah (Nick) Knehans, Quinn Albrecht, and Tommy and Tyler Roseman.

Delores worked many years at Sears Roebuck as department manager, retiring in 1979. After her husband retired, they spent three months each winter in Springhill, Florida, where the last five families had homes and they enjoyed time together.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and siblings Evelyn (Fred) Schroeder, Ruby (Charles) Stoneburg, Althea (Wilbert) Paper, Leona (Gene) Rome, Carlisle (Leona) Anderson, Genevieve (John) Kress, Darrell (Ethel) Anderson, Richard (Dorothy) Anderson, two sons in-law, Don Bryan and Chuck Sommer.

I was sorry to hear about Aunt Dees passing. I'll never forget are trips to Minnesota and her cussing out Uncle Tuff because the turtle ate her large crappie, that she was taking into the fishing contest. My prayers are with all of you. Love Brad.
